If your hotel allows vendor drop-offs, we may deliver your scooter the evening before your rental starts or the morning of. Your scooter will be left at the bell desk under your reservation name for easy pickup. If the hotel does not allow vendor drop-offs, we will coordinate an in-person delivery and pickup.

At a Residence or Airbnb:

We deliver rentals to residences within our service area. If unsure, enter your address in the reservation form, and we will confirm availability. Deliveries are typically made the evening before or the morning of your rental start date.

At a Theme Park, Airport, Cruise Ship, or Other Destination:

We may be able to deliver to airports, cruise terminals, or specific attractions depending on our delivery partners’ availability. However, we highly recommend delivery to your hotel, vacation home, or residence. If you require delivery to a specific location, please indicate your preferred drop-off and pickup times in the “Special Instructions” section of the reservation form.
